Chairman - Collin Vost

Mr Vost has more than 20 years experience in Public Company corporate matters and served on the board of many junior companies. He has also been involved in the stock broking industry for many years and now runs his own securities dealing company under his own financial securities licence. (New York Securities Pty Ltd). Mr Vost was also instrumental in raising the capital to recapitalise Cervantes in mid 2007.

Non Executive Director – Justin Vost

Mr. Vost has a Diploma in Financial Markets and is currently involved in the Capital Markets. Mr Vost also has experience in Mining, Manufacturing and Business Management within Australia & overseas. Mr. Vost is also a Non-Executive Director of JV Global Ltd and Baraka Energy & Resources Limited.

Non Executive Director - Graeme Armstrong

Mr Armstrong was a highly successful Director of Scarborough Motors in WA and the Managing Director of Toyota Galleria until retiring from those positions a short time ago and now pursues his own investments.
